Ordering MVR, Employment or Background Checks

Click the Record Icon - After adding a member into the system, click the Records icon in the Members tab. Or, from the Records page, click Add Record.



Select the Service(s) you want Performed - You can run multiple checks at one time. Simply click on the checks you'd like to run and fill in the required fields. We will send the forms to the employee / member to fill out and authorize.
NOTE - Make sure you enter everything correctly, there is no method to edit an incorrect entry.
Consent Form Options: You can choose to have the candidate fill out the consent form through the portal, or through a 3rd party. See the video below for a detailed explanation.

Access Results - Click the Records menu tab to access the results. You will be notified via email when new results are ready to view. Be sure to download and print the results, and place a copy in their file.
